Good news

I received some good news on my cholesterol. It has gone down quite a lot. I don't remember the numbers because the nurse rambled it off to fast and I didn't have time to get a pen and paper to write it down. But the nurse said that everything was in the normal range and to keep taking the lipitor and I guess I am supposed to go back in a year for them to check it again. The nuse didn't tell me but that is what I am going to do. The medicine is definitley helping and I think my exercising is helping too. It looks like I am on the right track woo hoo and thank God.
