I finished with level 1 of the 30 day shred and it is a challenge. I am so sore but I feel really good about myself. For weights I am using soup cans and they actually work. I won't be able to do level 2 until Friday because I am going to be busy the rest of the week but that's okay. I actually feel better since I have been doing this but boy it is definitely a workout. I am going to do the burning metabolism after I get finished with the 30 day shred, I am determined to do this.
